Unite Students: 4x increased revenue
Prior to partnering with Staykeepers, Unite Students used traditional methods to find tenants. One way was by working with universities and allocating rooms to them during the academic year and Summer, doing direct sales, and leveraging on Summer schools. However, particularly in the Summer, this method often left Unite Students with empty units.
Due to the nature of their main business, they didn’t have the adapted systems, processes, and procedures vital to leverage the sharing economy. Staykeepers were brought in to overcome that challenge and fill Summer void periods, whilst ensuring minimal involvement from Unite Students.
“Great doing business with Staykeepers, a success thanks to their amazing support.”
