Advertise flexible stays with a minimum duration of three days, to give students the opportunity to test drive housing before signing a long term lease, as well as take reservations from the general public.

Staykeepers' dynamic pricing technology optimised and updated unit prices daily to maximise revenue for the client and increase margins for the overall asset. In June, €87 per night was achieved amongst paid reservations.

In addition to unit advertising and pricing, Staykeepers managed all guest vetting prior to check-in. The client managed meet and greet check-ins with guests.
